Gold Buyers Will Be At The Flea Market

The gold buyers that keep advertising that they are going to be at the local flea market this week, have really gone all out. I have seen two billboards, several commercials on television, flyers in windows, and spots on some local websites that give you the date and time of when they will be available for the public.

I know that gold is at an all time high, not sure about silver but if you are getting rid of some old gold pieces then you might as well get rid of the silver too. I have two friends who go to garage sales and buy up old gold necklaces that are just broken or ugly and then sell gold jewelry online. I do not think that they are going to get rich off of it but if you add up a bunch of gold necklaces that only cost you a couple of bucks. You might be able to triple that when you sell gold jewelry that no one else wants online.

I think that I might just head to the flea market to watch some of the people who are coming to sell to the gold buyers and see if they actually get any money for the amount of pieces that they sell. It might make me a believe, or make me think that it is just not worth standing in line for a couple of dollars.

Kitchen Remodelers In Tampa FL Signed The Contract

Posted by Bobby on February 22nd, 2010

The kitchen remodeling Tampa Fl contractor just informed me that my kitchen will not be done when we thought it would. We signed a contract with them that said for a certain amount of money, we would have our kitchen complete in four weeks. I did add a clause in the contract and the kitchen remodeling Tampa Fl contractors signed it that said for every day they went over the deadline, I would receive fifty dollars of the money I paid them back.

I know that that most remodelers in Tampa would never have wanted to sign it but since this one did, I really thought that they must be quite confident in their ability to get jobs done on time. We knew that the deadline was going to be tight since they had to start with ripping all the old aspects of the kitchen out and then putting new ones in. The new drywall and electrical was probably the most time consuming part of the project and they finished that in less than a week.

I was actually thinking that these must be the best remodelers in Tampa since they were making such good progress. I think that when they had trouble with the cabinets they ordered not fitting properly; it started the slowdown in work. Hopefully, it will not be too much past the deadline that they finish up.
